Core Scope

• Turnkey Earthwork, Rock Busting, and Stormwater Utilities

Earthwork & Site Preparation

• Clearing, grubbing, and grading the raw site to lay the foundation for a major commercial distribution center.

• Actively hammering and exporting an estimated 7,100 cubic yards of rock to achieve final subgrade elevations.

• Managing mass grading, soil stabilization, and ongoing site balancing, including the import of specialized fill material.

• Installing Aggregate Base Course (ABC) to exact specifications beneath the future building pad, heavy-duty truck paving, and employee parking areas.

• Maintaining rigorous erosion control Best Management Practices (BMPs) daily to ensure strict environmental compliance despite changing site conditions.

Stormwater Utilities & Infrastructure

• Trenching and installing a high-capacity storm drainage network featuring reinforced concrete pipe (RCP).

• Setting and precisely grading precast structures, including City of Tulsa grate inlets, manholes, cleanouts, and outfall structures as the site evolves.

• Coordinating complex utility tie-ins and traffic control while ensuring positive drainage across the active work zone.
